Orders and delivery

How much is shipping?

Standard delivery is $10, and free on orders over $200. Express delivery is $15. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long will my order take?

Standard delivery is usually 7-10 business days Australia-wide. It can take a little longer in November, December and around public holidays.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Can items arrive separately?

Sometimes. Orders may be sent from our partner warehouses in Australia or overseas, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel.

Returns and warranty

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it if it's unused and in its original packaging. Sealed, single-use skin-contact items (like patches and gel masks) need to be unopened. Faulty items are always covered. See our Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Every Elowra device comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment and offers

How can I pay?

All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. With Shop Pay you can also pay in 4 interest-free instalments.

How does the free gift work?

When you buy any device priced over $100, choose a free Cooling V-Line Gel Mask or Bright Eye Micro-Patches on the product page. It's added to your cart with your device and shows as free at checkout (one gift per order).

Do you have a discount for first orders?

Yes. Join our email list from the pop-up and you'll get 10% off your first order.

Using your device

Is it safe for me?

Always read the instructions that come with your device and patch test any gel, serum or oil you use with it. Most electrical beauty devices aren't suitable if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, or have metal implants in the treatment area. Don't use devices on broken, sunburnt or irritated skin. If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor first.

How often should I use it?

Follow the instructions for your device. Each product page has a How to use tab, and our beginner's guide to at-home devices covers the basics.
