Can I sleep in it?
Use the warmth for 15 to 20 minutes, then unplug it. You can keep wearing it unplugged as a sleep mask.

Is it rechargeable?
No. It runs from any USB power source, so there is no battery to wear out.

Always unplug it after use. Don't use it over broken skin or after eye surgery without asking your doctor. Never get the cable wet.
